Known for many years as the Daniel Building, the structure is the tallest building between Atlanta and Charlotte.


Built in 1968 as the headquarters of Daniel Construction Company (now Fluor Daniel) and the tallest building in the state at the time, the Landmark Building underwent a $10 million renovation in 2009.

Known for many years as the Daniel Building, the structure at the corner of North Main Street and College Avenue rises 22 floors above ground level. It is the tallest building between Atlanta and Charlotte.
